Mesa Main Street Stations
The development of a 42-unit townhome community in Mesa, Arizona involved full oversight from pre-construction through final delivery. The project included coordination and management of all underground infrastructure, including wet and dry utilities such as water, sewer, storm drainage, electric, gas, and telecommunications. Sitework encompassed grading, drainage, paving, and retaining systems, all completed in accordance with city standards and ADA requirements. The vertical construction phase included the full build-out of 42 multi-story townhome units, with a focus on quality control, schedule adherence, and subcontractor coordination.
In addition to residential construction, the project involved significant public interface improvements along Main Street. These included new sidewalks, upgraded pedestrian access, custom street lighting, and integrated landscaping throughout both private and public areas, using drought-tolerant plants and efficient irrigation systems. A full pool facility was also constructed, complete with hardscaping, safety features, and utility tie-ins.
The project required close coordination with the City of Mesa, the Main Street lighting authority, and Valley Metro Rail to meet all permitting, inspection, and compliance requirements associated with right-of-way improvements and the adjacent transit corridor. The completed development contributed to the broader revitalization of downtown Mesa and supported the city's goals for transit-oriented residential growth.
