New Residential Construction: The core of the project included the ground-up construction of two identical three-story residential buildings. Each building houses 42 units, totaling 84 newly constructed apartments across the development. The structures were built using conventional wood-frame construction with engineered shear walls and floor systems to ensure long-term structural integrity and code compliance. Exteriors were finished in high-quality stucco with complementary architectural details to enhance curb appeal and integrate seamlessly with the surrounding structures.
Renovation of Existing Structure: The site also included a pre-existing 16-unit, two-story condominium complex. These structure underwent a full renovation, both interior and exterior, to bring it up to current building codes and design standards. Interior work included complete upgrades to kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, lighting, and HVAC systems.
